Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator based in Sydney, NSW. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing creative and engaging content for social media, event promotions, and digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include generating innovative ideas, writing and editing content, producing multimedia materials, and collaborating with the marketing and events teams to ensure cohesive messaging. The position also involves researching trends, analysing audience engagement, and optimising content strategies to effectively target key demographics. If you live and breathe content, know how to capture a moment, and understand what actually works on Instagram, TikTok and Reels, this could be your next move. You must be confident both behind the camera and in front of it – shooting, editing, planning, presenting and bringing ideas to life every week. What you will work on Content shoots across weekly events Social media calendars and campaign rollouts Short form video production for Instagram, TikTok and Reels On camera presenting for event promos and brand content Capturing behind the scenes moments that feel real, not staged Working closely with our creative and events team to deliver campaigns end to end Who you are Confident on camera and comfortable giving direction off camera Strong eye for pacing, framing and storytelling Can edit fast and produce content that feels native to each platform Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast moving environment Qualifications Proficiency in Content Creation, Creative Writing, and Copywriting Strong skills in Photography, Videography, and Graphic Design Excellent Research and Analytical skills to assess audience behaviour and trends Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with video editing tools, photo editing software, and digital content platforms Knowledge of event marketing and promotional strategies is highly beneficial Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
