About The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator who loves capturing authentic stories through the lens and turning them into engaging, scroll-stopping content. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on videography (about 70% of your time), with the balance on shaping and publishing digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, websites/blogs, tender submissions and internal comms. Working closely with our Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll: Own the full production process – from filming on-site, in homes, and with our people, to editing and final delivery. Create compelling video and photo stories that highlight both Mazzei’s luxury curation and Harnest/Cecure’s social impact. Support tender submissions, capability statements and marketing campaigns with high-quality visual assets. Be bold and innovative, showing our human side and positioning Mazzei Group as a market leader who does things differently. Work with our agencies to execute on our strategic marketing initiatives across the group. About You You’re not just another content creator - you’re a storyteller with vision. 2–3 years’ experience in videography, photography, or multimedia content creation. Skilled in filming, editing and producing high-quality content (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro). Comfortable behind the camera and with people - from interviewing staff to capturing clients and community members. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram; experience with YouTube, blogs and tender content a bonus. Organised, self-driven, and ready to collaborate with a passionate marketing and leadership team. Portfolio of high-quality content that shows creativity and impact. Why Join Us?
