At Salt Lab, we help people recharge naturally – and we’re looking for someone who can bring that energy to life through content. As our Content Creator, you’ll capture the essence of our brand through thoughtful, engaging, and scroll‑stopping storytelling. You’ll be hands‑on – comfortable shooting, editing, and appearing in content – creating moments that connect people to what Salt Lab stands for: rest, recovery, and balance. This is a creative, fast‑moving role with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok platforms. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the paid and organic teams to plan, shoot, and edit authentic, high‑quality content for Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok and other platforms. Be both behind and in front of the camera – filming tutorials, lifestyle content, and real‑life product use. Deliver at least 5 new pieces of content each week, ready for organic and paid use across multiple platforms. Work with the marketing team to align content with campaign calendars and product launches. Repurpose content for multiple channels and be open to trying and testing new things. Keep a pulse on trends, sounds, and platform shifts – adapting them naturally to fit within the Salt Lab marketing schedule. Manage shoot schedules, asset libraries, and timelines to keep content flow steady and on‑brand. Contribute creative ideas to improve engagement, storytelling, and community connection. #J-18808-Ljbffr
