Content Creator (10 hrs/week) — Port Melbourne We’re looking for a part-time content creator who lives and breathes social media. If you’re the type who instinctively thinks in hooks, scroll-stoppers, memes, and trending audios + trend recreations — this is the role. About the role You’ll join PrizeCart as one of our earliest hires, working directly with two founders who have already built and scaled major ecommerce brands. This is a hands‑on content role inside a fast‑moving startup. You’ll be filming, editing, testing, and producing daily content across TikTok, Instagram, and whatever platform is winning attention this month. This role is on‑site in our Port Melbourne home office. Approx. 10 hours per week at a standard hourly rate. What you’ll be doing Film and edit short‑form content for TikTok & IG Reels Create original concepts based on fast‑moving trends Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage of startup building, product development, shoots, meetings, experiments Work with founders on both PrizeCart content and content for our existing ecom brands Maintain a steady weekly output of high‑quality, on‑brand videos Bring ideas to the table consistently — this is not a “wait for a brief” role What we’re looking for You’re obsessively plugged into TikTok & Instagram culture You already produce content and have a portfolio or active personal account that proves it You understand pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling for social You know how to make native content that feels like the platform You’re comfortable working in a small team/startup You can work independently without hand‑holding You’re fast, reliable, proactive, and hungry You genuinely love film/edit/content — this is not just a side gig Nice to have Experience filming founders or talent Ability to self‑shoot with phone + basic lighting/audio Working knowledge of CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere You’ll be creating content that actually gets shipped, tested, and iterated daily. You’ll work directly with founders, see every part of the startup being built, and have serious creative freedom. If you want to be part of something early, this is the ground floor.
