Digital Marketing Strategist | Travel Content Creator | Influencer Marketing & Social Media Bianca in Melbourne is a creator-led business that showcases stories, people and things to do in Melbourne in a way that’s fun and meaningful. We have a community of over 450,000 people across social channels who are looking for fun things to do in Melbourne and beyond. We're looking for a creative and passionate content creator who can lead and drive the short‑form content production arm of Bianca in Melbourne. This is an opportunity for someone who loves social media and has a genuine passion for storytelling through video content. You’ll play an important role in helping us build a platform that prioritises using social media as a force for good – supporting local businesses, social enterprises and building community. You’ll be responsible for the short‑form content production workflow for Bianca in Melbourne which is inclusive of: Ideating content ideas (12‑16 shorts per month) Scripting content Coordination of filming schedules Briefing video to editor (with clear notes) Reviewing edits and managing feedback (in set time blocks) Coordinate content scheduling with team (you won’t be scheduling) Content library management Tracking performance data and preparing monthly insights/recommendations Building and maintaining standard operating procedures This is a part‑time contract hybrid role based in Melbourne, with flexibility for remote work (with the scope to move full‑time in the future). This role is ideal for you if: You’re passionate about social media, content creation and storytelling You’re driven, organised and can manage different projects at a time You have great attention to detail and timelines are your friend You like to analyse and nerd out about things like hooks, curiosity gaps, data and storytelling You want to learn the ins and outs of running a creator business You appreciate open communication and aren't afraid to move quickly Ways we'll support you: Mentorship (optional): Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions dedicated to you and your creative journey with ongoing mentorship and career support Learning and development: Access to our library of pre‑purchased online creator courses plus other sponsored creative events/workshops available upon request.
