Your New Role We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Producer/Creator to join our Brand & Content team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering engaging social media content that aligns with our brand objectives and member growth strategy and will be creating content that sparks conversation, drives engagement, and builds community trust. Collaborating with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Ability to produce multi‑format content (short video, carousels, reels, lives) that adds value to our members and future members. Ensuring all content meets relevant SME and Reg approvals and catalogue via JIRA. Drive storytelling that humanises the brand and deepens trust and creates a brand worth following. Contributing to all agile ceremonies and creative ideation sessions with gusto. Work with internal talent and Brand Design team on curating and growing our Employer brand. Proven experience in social media content creation and campaign management. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with analytics tools and data‑driven optimisation. A passion for creativity and innovation in digital content. You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
