Overview We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Producer / Creator to join our Brand & Content team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering engaging social media content that aligns with our brand objectives and member growth strategy. The content will spark conversation, drive engagement, and build community trust. Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Produce multi‑format content (short video, carousels, reels, lives) that adds value to our members and future members. Ensure all content meets relevant SME and Reg approvals and catalogues via JIRA. Drive storytelling that humanises the brand, deepens trust and creates a brand worth following. Contribute to all agile ceremonies and creative ideation sessions with gusto. Work with internal talent and Brand Design team to curate and grow our Employer brand. How you exceed our expectations? Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with analytics tools and data‑driven optimisation. A passion for creativity and innovation in digital content. You are balanced in accepting risk, curious to understand risk context, and willing to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
