Videographer, Editor, Social Media Content Creator Position Vacant Videographer, Editor and Content Creator Racing NSW is the peak body for thoroughbred horse racing throughout NSW. Its responsibilities include commercial, regulatory and integrity leadership of the industry. Racing NSW is searching for a passionate and skilled Videographer, Editor and Content Creator to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-impact video content that resonates with our audience and significantly boosts our presence across all platforms. This role is a full-time position based in our Sydney CBD Offices, with a five out of seven-day roster. Some weekend work is required. Key Responsibilities Video Production: Lead the planning, shooting, and editing of dynamic video content, specifically designed for our website and key social media channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X and YouTube.) Content: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute a content calendar, ensuring all video content aligns with strategic objectives and emerging social media trends. Post-Production: Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro to deliver polished and professional video products. Equipment Handling: Confidently operate and maintain Sony FX3 cameras and associated equipment, to ensure optimal quality video capture. Sound: Confidently manage basic audio recording on shoots, ensuring clear and professional sound quality. Media Management: Efficiently organise, label and archive all video footage and digital assets, ensuring accessibility and secure storage. Desired Skills & Experience Demonstrated proficiency in operating Sony FX3 cameras (or similar) for professional video production. Competency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing. Experience in creating and editing content for social media platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as a team. Organised and proactive.
