As our in-house Content Creator, you’ll be at the heart of our brand filming, performing, scripting, and producing daily short‑form content that reaches millions across Australia, the UK, NZ, and beyond. You will work under our Creative Director and alongside our Creative team to execute a powerful content engine that fuels both paid ads and organic growth. Over the last 2 years, we’ve scaled rapidly across multiple countries by building category‑leading products and powering it all through world‑class content. We’re now expanding our content team even further, building a daily content machine that blends education, entertainment and data‑driven performance. WHO YOU ARE You’re a creative executor who loves being on camera just as much as you love coming up with ideas behind it. You understand how to make content that captures attention and keeps the audience on their toes. You have a natural presence, a sharp creative instinct, and you’re energised by fast daily output. You’re not expected to edit videos but you must be comfortable filming yourself, filming others (including cats), delivering lines naturally, and working with editors and strategists to bring ideas to life. You’re the type of person who: Lives on Instagram, TikTok and Reels Knows what’s trending and why Understands the difference between an ad hook and an organic narrative Loves the challenge of turning boring but useful information into fun, scroll‑stopping edu‑tainment Thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment Enjoys working with animals (especially cats) THE ROLE You will be responsible for daily content creation, including both paid ads and organic social. Your responsibilities include: Content Performance & Ads (Paid) Film and perform in high‑performing direct‑response style ads Script and deliver compelling hooks and storylines designed to drive metrics Work closely with Creative Strategists to turn data insights (CTR, thumb‑stop, CPA, ROAS) into new content ideas Film other people and product shots as needed Rapidly iterate on winning concepts Contribute ideas to new frameworks, angles, and content tests Content for Organic Growth (Edu‑tainment) Create fun, engaging, helpful content about cat health, cat behaviour, and cat‑owner education Turn “boring but important” information into engaging TikToks and Reels Film daily organic content with a strong on‑camera presence Storytell in ways that help cat owners learn, laugh, and trust the brand Help build our organic channels into a leading global cat‑care brand Ideate concepts daily, for both ads and organic Work with our Creative Director on creative direction and story development Work with editors (you do not need to edit) Research trends, sounds, formats, creators, memes, and patterns across social Work confidently and safely with cats in our content studio Be part of a tight creative team that moves fast and executes WHAT YOU BRING 1‑3+ years experience in content creation, influencing, UGC creation, or social‑first brand work Comfortable and confident performing frequently on camera Ability to script, storyboard and film short‑form content daily Strong intuition for social media behaviour, pacing, and attention‑grabbing hooks Deep familiarity with TikTok, Reels, Shorts, trends, memes, creators, and platform culture A collaborative mindset, being able to work under our Creative Director and alongside strategists Comfortable working with animals, especially cats A passion for telling stories in fun, creative, distinctive ways Bonus (not required) Experience shooting with iPhone or mobile‑first gear Basic knowledge of performance metrics Cat obsessed WHAT WE OFFER Performance bonus tied to content performance and output Hybrid working model (mix of office, content studio & WFH) Direct mentorship from our Creative Director and senior creative team Work in a brand‑new content studio built for cats and creators A role where your face, personality, and creativity directly shape a fast‑growing global brand Rapid career growth opportunities as Fit Litter continues to quickly grow READY TO APPLY?
