Senior Content Creator

Co-Founder of Bread Agency, Member Board of Directors at Alliance Française and Photographer at Morning Bondi With a few new client wins and some bold work in the pipeline, we're looking for a whip-smart, creative Senior Content Creator to join the fun for a 12-month contract. As experts in social commerce, we're looking for someone who shares our obsession and excitement for what's next in social and who is ready to do something a bit different. As the Senior Content Creator, you'll be responsible for coming up with creative content ideas and executing them. As part of our Creative team, you will work closely with our Content Lead, Creative Director, the Account team and the rest of the team to produce creative solutions to briefs and offer creative and brand advice—getting your creative eye across all of the content and design that goes out the door. You'll play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, production of hot content outputs and cultivating a fun work environment. In return, we'll provide you with the freedom to explore, learn and create work that you'll be proud of and to have a lot of fun along the way—it's one of our promises THE ROLE Bring new ideas and fresh thinking to our clients and support the development of our content outputs, including social, digital and support with offline design. Take work from concepts through to completion with a high-quality finish. Work with all aspects of video and audio production (i.e. filming, graphics, animation and editing). Deliver / distribute final video outputs, including but not limited to Reels, TikToks and longer forms. Work efficiently on several brands within one working day. Self-initiate ideas and consistently look to improve creative output. Ensure all content outputs adhere to the brief, specifications, brand guidelines and client deadlines. Support creative campaign responses and always-on content. THE WISHLIST Experienced Content Creator with at least 5+ years of proven experience across social and digital. Likely to be educated to a degree level in video production, editing, motion and / or other related design disciplines. You should be comfortable cutting, trimming, animating and polishing in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Keeping up with social media trends, updates, and what makes content go 'viral' (dare we say it)? That's second nature to you. Your eye for storytelling is everything. You can bring a vision to life visually, emotionally and strategically. Reels, TikToks and snappy edits using trending audio, slick transitions, and high-energy storytelling—this is your playground. Brand stories, campaign videos, promos—you can cut longer content that's polished, engaging and on point. Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain quality control of your work. Creative at the core with an eye for design, you take pride in creating hot content that sells. Operational excellence? You have that in spades. Little details are a big deal to you. When there's a problem, you're on the hunt for a solution, with an attitude and approach that makes work enjoyable and collaborative. Ideally, you also know how to shoot, frame, light and capture footage that looks professional using your phone or DSLR—if not, this is not a deal breaker.
