About the Opportunity As a Senior Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality, engaging video content for Racing.com’s broadcast, digital, and social channels. You’ll lead creative projects from concept to delivery — crafting compelling racing stories, mentoring junior creators, and ensuring every piece of content reflects the Racing.com brand. please note: some weekend work and occasional domestic or international travel may be required Key Responsibilities Produce, film and edit innovative, on-brand video and social content. Lead creative direction across campaigns and special projects. Collaborate with editorial, marketing and production teams to deliver cross-platform content. Identify trends and insights to inform content strategy and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with racing clubs, talent and key stakeholders. Uphold Racing.com’s editorial integrity and brand standards across all outputs. About You You’re a creative storyteller with a passion for sport and an eye for quality. You’re comfortable working at pace, bringing bold ideas to life, and mentoring others to achieve their best work. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a senior content production or creative role in media, sport, or entertainment. Strong storytelling and video editing skills across digital and broadcast platforms. A deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. A passion for racing or live sports storytelling (highly regarded). A relevant qualification in Media, Communications, or a related field.
