What You Will Be Doing Order Flow Management: Monitor and maintain order routing logic across business systems. Fulfillment Facilitation: Investigate and resolve fulfillment issues, collaborating with partners to keep orders moving seamlessly. Risk & Security: Administer fraud monitoring systems, acting as the first line of defence and escalating fraud issues to relevant authorities. Operational Oversight: Monitor freight charges and logistics data to pinpoint inconsistencies, contributing to efficiency improvements. 3rd Party Partnership Support: Provide essential business support and administration for our 3rd party fulfillment and operational partners. Process Excellence: Adhere to and champion robust administrative and support system-based processes to maintain operational integrity. About You Foundational Retail Experience: Experience working in any retail environment or a strong foundation in retail operations is highly valued. Initiative & Problem Solving: Natural problem solver who takes initiative, approaching obstacles creatively and assertively. Driven to get results. Team & Communication: Excellent communicator, capable of working effectively with cross‑functional teams and partners. Customer‑Centric Focus: Demonstrated ability to think quickly and make informed, sound decisions that benefit both the business and our customers.
