Fulfillment Facilitation: Act as a critical investigator to identify and resolve fulfillment issues, collaborating with partners to keep orders moving seamlessly. Risk & Security: Administer our fraud monitoring systems, acting as the first line of defence and escalating fraud issues to relevant authorities. Operational Oversight: Monitor freight charges and logistics data to pinpoint inconsistencies, contributing to efficiency improvements in fulfillment. 3rd Party Partnership Support: Provide essential business support and administration for our 3rd party fulfillment and operational partners. Process Excellence: Adhere to and champion robust administrative and support system‐based processes to maintain operational integrity. About You Foundational Retail Experience: Experience working in any retail environment (store floor, customer service, or warehouse) or a strong foundational understanding of retail operations is highly valued. Initiative & Problem Solving: You are a natural problem solver who takes initiative, approaching obstacles in a creative, assertive, and solution‑oriented manner. You are driven to get results. Team & Communication: Excellent communicator, capable of working effectively with cross‑functional teams and partners through clear verbal and written communication.
