About the Role We’re looking for a technically minded Senior Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of system upgrades, enhancements across our Claims Platform and support API integration with other applications. You’ll join a dynamic, collaborative team within our 250-member Analysis Chapter where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are part of our DNA. What You’ll Do Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to elicit, validate and prioritise business requirements. Document current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation or simplification. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to elicit, validate and prioritise business needs. Create detailed user stories and artefacts to support Agile delivery. Coach and support other analysts, contributing to chapter‑wide initiatives and best practice. What You’ll Bring 10 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in insurance or financial services. Strong technical understanding of Guidewire Claims Centre. Proven ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Ability to lead workshops, manage dependencies and drive outcomes across cross‑functional teams.
