Pace NSW is excited to partner with an industry leading consumer goods group based in Sydney, which is looking for a highly‑motivated Logistics Specialist to join their tight‑knit team. With retail brands that have been thriving for over 50 years and a commitment to talent development, this role offers a rare and exciting opportunity. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound stock flow for store replenishment, new/seasonal launches and returns. Coordinate bulk deliveries for store openings/closures, campaigns and promotional activities in partnership with store operations. Liaise with logistics suppliers – warehouses, transport companies – and arrange domestic shipments as necessary. Keep stakeholders informed of contract balances, abnormal movements, distribution schedules and Australian orders to prevent shortages, delays and mitigate slow‑moving stock. Create and maintain strong external and internal stakeholder relationships. Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience in a logistics role, ideally domestic focused. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience managing third‑party logistics providers is essential. Prior experience in consumer goods and retail is essential. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work well within a team and autonomously. A positive, can‑do attitude.
