Our well‑established Electrical Contracting business in Melbourne is experiencing a significant growth phase and is seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality electrical installations across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects, with a growing focus on mission‑critical infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to play a critical part in a growing company Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery: Successfully manage the delivery of multiple electrical projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, main contractors, suppliers, and internal technical teams. Financial Control: Oversee project budgets, procurement, variations, progress claims, and final account negotiation to maximize project profitability. Safety & Compliance: Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all project work adheres to relevant Australian standards, OH&S legislation, and company safety procedures. Subcontractor & Team Management: Direct and supervise site foremen, electricians, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient labour allocation and on‑site productivity. Technical Oversight – Data Centre Focus: Manage the complexities of critical power infrastructure projects, including MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, containment, and sophisticated control systems.
