Responsibilities Senior Contracts Administrators are responsible for the procurement of labour/sub‑contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximisations, variations, reporting and administration. They foster strong relationships with clients, sub‑contractors, suppliers and consultants, administer the Head Contract and provide financial reporting. Qualifications Relevant qualifications in commerce, finance, law or a related discipline. Experience working in a senior commercial role within the construction (or related) industry. High‑level experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating, understanding of tender processes, financial knowledge of construction costs and legal knowledge.
