Your new role Maintain strong local support, actively promote the RAMP program, and coordinate engagement strategies with key stakeholders, young people, and the community. Recruit, train, screen, and support volunteers; understand young people's needs; coordinate mentor-mentee matching (30 matches) and facilitate activities/events to support matching and ongoing relationships. Provide outreach and one-to-one support to up to 20 young people, including goal development, capacity building, risk assessments, safety plans, and maintaining timely case notes. Prepare program reports and coordinate collection of qualitative and quantitative data for evaluation and contractual requirements. About you You will have extensive experience working within the Community and Youth Sector. Understand a young people's interests and needs from a mentoring program. You will understand the Out of Home Care System and will recognise trauma as a common experience for young people in out of home care. Demonstrated capability to network and build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
