You’ll be the go-to person helping our over-50s clients find their dream home, assisting the sales team, walking beside them through the journey with warmth, clarity, and a whole lot of “we’ve got this,” keeping things smooth, honest, and (mostly) drama-free in the absence of the sales team. Responsibilities Guiding future homeowners through their journey with care and confidence Building brilliant relationships with the construction crew Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy Updating the CRM and staying ahead of the game—no detail slips past you Being a calming, competent presence when things get busy (and they will) Qualifications / What you’re likely to be Loves people and builds trust easily Has solid admin skills and isn’t scared of a spreadsheet Can talk to tradies and clients with equal ease Keeps cool when things go sideways and rolls with it Is honest, grounded, and doesn’t need micromanaging Brings personality, positivity, and professionalism to the table What’s in it for you We design, build, and create world-class communities that set new benchmarks in luxury and quality.
