What will your role look like As an Assessor you’ll be out and about in your Region visiting and completing Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC Assessment Tool. Day to day this includes Assessments for New residents, Respite care, reconsideration and palliative AN-ACC Assessment. To Be Successful In This Role You’ll Need A kind heart and genuine passion for the elderly A Tertiary qualification in a health related discipline with the relevant current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration. Suitable for a Registered Nurse, Medical Officer, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with 5 years experience delivering clinical services in an aged care setting Currently have or willing to obtain the RAC Funding Assessor accreditation.
