Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a building development project, coordinating multiple contractors and ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and can confidently manage day‑to‑day site activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise contractors across disciplines including earthworks, fencing, plumbing, electrical, civil trades and more. Oversee daily site operations to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to specification. Conduct site inspections, manage quality standards and resolve operational issues. Monitor program progress, update project documentation and report to the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company policies and relevant standards. Manage materials, equipment, deliveries and subcontractor scheduling. Maintain a clean, organised and compliant worksite. To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous supervisory experience delivering building or development projects of similar size and complexity. Strong knowledge of construction processes and coordination of multi‑discipline contractors. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. Current driver’s licence and relevant construction industry certifications (e.g. White Card). Desirable Qualifications Trade background or Certificate IV in Building & Construction. Exposure to civil, commercial, or residential development works.
