Description & Requirements We’re seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Advisor to join our Mackay Operations Team, supporting a shutdown-based project running from mid-December 2025 to May 2026. Location – Blackwater Planning Phase – Monday to Friday 10hour days Execution Phase – 9/5 roster, 12.5hour days. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help drive safety performance on site while building strong relationships with our teams and clients. Promote and uphold HSE standards and initiatives. Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures. Facilitate inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions. Occasionally travel to remote sites as needed. Foster strong client relationship. What You Will Bring Previous field experience within the mining industry. Dragline and Shutdown highly desirable. Certificate IV in OHS and/or Environmental (essential). Solid knowledge of Australian HSE and mining legislation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Valid Australian Driver’s Licence Proof of right to work in Australia.
