Rapid growth within our Warehousing Division has led to new roles within our business. ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a team member to join our customer champion team for our Warehouse branch in Adelaide on a full-time permanent basis. You will be working in a fast paced and positive environment, with a fantastic team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for assisting with the weekly financial reports, inventory control, pallet control, outbound/inbound order administration, customer KPI reporting and general customer service. We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills. You will love taking initiative on projects, working at a fast pace and you have impeccable attention to detail. Very importantly, you enjoy being a team player and have exceptional interpersonal and time management skills. This is a demanding role, which requires a high calibre team member. Passion for our business and ability to produce quality results is essential. We are looking for a new Team Member who will be positive, driven, and is looking for a career, not just a job. Working days will be Monday to Friday, hours are negotiable, overtime paid if applicable. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous Customer Service Experience. IT skills coupled with warehouse/freight management systems. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Ability to problem solve and work autonomously within a team. SKILLS REQUIRED Basic mathematical skills. A ‘till when the job is done’ work ethic. Ability to have a quality focused approach to all tasks whilst working within stringent timeframes. An eye for detail and customer focused mindset.
