Customer Solutions Advisor – Part Time – West Lakes Vodafone West Lakes, South Australia, Australia. At Vodafone, we aim to connect people through technology. As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be a customer champion, discovering their needs and helping them use Vodafone technology in their everyday lives. Responsibilities Deliver stellar customer service and support for devices, accessories and services. Provide best‑value solutions aligned to customers’ lifestyles. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical queries and guide them on the Vodafone app. Represent Vodafone at events and promotions. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to learn. Positive attitude, attentiveness and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment. Must be an AU/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident.
