What You’ll Be Doing You’ll spend your time being a customer champion: discovering what our customers want and need and helping them use technology in their daily lives. Ensure customers receive the best value and the best advice. On any given day you could find yourself: In the front row seat to all the latest and greatest devices, accessories and perks including fabulous music events from our partners. Providing the best value solutions for our customers to fit their lifestyle. Providing support for our customers to troubleshoot any technical queries, plus helping them confidently use the Vodafone app, to easily help themselves at home. Not a tech expert? Don’t worry. We will support you with all the training to level up your knowledge on our dynamic and ever evolving industry. Sounds good right? Who are we looking for? You’re an excellent communicator, adaptable, and excited about technology—someone who is keen to learn (and keep learning) about the latest gadgets and trends. Join us and choose a minimum of 15.25 hours to be worked over a minimum of 3 shifts. We service our customers 7 days a week so there is lots of flexibility.
