Main Responsibilities Lead and inspire a global creative team to deliver bold, innovative ideas. Drive creative vision and strategy for campaigns across AV, social, digital, experiential, and trade. Elevate Moose’s brands with modern, impactful creative that resonates worldwide. Collaborate across teams to align creative output with business goals. Ensure best-in-class execution in photography, video, CGI, animation, and experiential content. Champion brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints. Manage agencies, budgets, and timelines to deliver on time and on brand. Leverage digital expertise to create forward-thinking content strategies. Stay ahead of trends to craft culturally relevant and impactful campaigns. Analyze performance and apply insights to continuously improve creative. Scale global creative for regional markets with cultural nuance. ABOUT YOU 10+ years’ experience in creative agency environments or equivalent, with a strong background in visual marketing execution (design, film, advertising). Proven track record in developing and delivering integrated, multi-platform campaigns across AV, digital, social, and experiential media. Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring creative talent and fostering collaboration. Data-driven creativity with a strong understanding of analytics and performance-led storytelling. Global perspective and experience working with consumer products at national or international scale.
