Today, we have a team of nearly 1,000 people and we're building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne. Located just above East Village Shopping Centre, our spacious 4,170 sqm Zetland club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the inner‑east. Inside you'll find 8 spacious studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25 m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, club‑V creche facilities, and a bright café and lounge area for unwinding post‑workout. Your gig Reporting to the Operations & Safety Manager, you'll assist the day‑to‑day operations of the club and perform pool & life‑guarding duties. In a nutshell: You'll ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment and wiping the mirrors and floor so they're flawless. You'll clean and prepare the equipment required by each member and help to create an environment where members love spending time. You'll be super conscious about everyone's safety and take enormous pride in producing the shiniest change rooms ever. You'll supervise the pool, spa and sauna, ensuring that it's a safe space for our members and team members, performing life‑guarding duties where necessary. You'll be empowered to find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected. All about you You're warm, honest and genuine and have a neat‑freak reputation. You get a kick out of creating beautifully fresh and spotless spaces which make people go wow You're comfortable communicating at all levels and can be counted on to maintain a sparkling environment for all. You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality sector experience. A+ for you. You may have some lifeguarding experience and comfortable in the pool.
