Responsibilities Handle a portfolio of high-value Enterprise SEO clients Create tailored, data-driven strategies designed to meet client goals Use data from multiple first- and third-party sources to identify opportunities Support all recommendations with clear reasoning and supporting documentation Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns over time and adjust as needed Communicate confidently, clearly and collaboratively with clients in meetings and via email Stay up to date with evolving SEO techniques and algorithm changes and understand how they may impact client results Contribute to the training and development of the wider Enterprise SEO team Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of strategies Support and learn from Senior and Lead Enterprise SEO Consultants Other duties as directed Requirements Tertiary Qualifications in relevant discipline such as marketing, IT, or Data Analytics (highly desirable) Organised and proactive, with a desire to always be learning A strong communicator, with good presentation skills Able to work as part of a team onsite Experienced in fundamental SEO with strong understanding of core and advanced SEO principles (on page, off page, technical) In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices Proficient in Google Sheets, comfortable with basic formulas Inquisitive — always asking “why?” Collaborative, able to support and pitch in on accounts other than your own when necessary Able to thrive independently and derive insights from data Perks and Benefits Ongoing career development and training programs Salary packaging benefits Pet-friendly and vibrant office Barista-style coffee Recognition through service awards Our Commitment to You We believe that happy employees create a thriving culture.
