Key Responsibilities Induction, Training & Supervision - Oversee the induction and training of Service Delivery Coordinators. Provide ongoing supervision, compliance follow-ups, and support to ensure role clarity, accountability, and performance. Delivery of High-Quality Services - Ensure participants receive consistent, person-centered support aligned with NDIS goals through quality planning, documentation, and collaboration with frontline staff. Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team - Mentor and coach team leaders and Disability Support team, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive culture through training and ongoing support. Enhance Participant Experience and Outcomes - Regularly review support plans, address service gaps, and implement strategies to improve participant engagement and satisfaction. Ensure Compliance and Operational Efficiency - Maintain accurate records, monitor service quality, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with legislation, NDIS standards, and internal procedures. Build and Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships - Engage effectively with families, providers, and community groups to promote collaboration and ensure participant needs are communicated and met. Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation - Lead initiatives to improve services and implement innovative models that support better participant outcomes and organisational growth. Support Purple Support's Mission and Values - Actively promote and uphold the organisation's core values, inclusivity, and person-first approach in all areas of service delivery. Communication & Team Collaboration - Maintain open, clear communication with teams, facilitate meetings and supervision, and ensure staff are well-informed to provide quality care. Safety & Well-being - Monitor and enforce WHS practices to ensure a safe environment for participants and staff, taking immediate action on safety concerns. Maintenance, Property, and Resource Management - Oversee upkeep of homes and resources, ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards, and manage repair needs effectively. Key Requirements We're seeking individuals who have: Bachelor's degree in social work, Nursing or allied health or equivalent experience 3 year's experience in similar role Are passionate about making a difference in the disability sector. Demonstrated experience working specifically within NDIS provider organisations and understanding of NDIS frameworks and service delivery models. Must have strong computer skills to operate across different platforms, with high proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint and Teams. Experience with macOS is preferred. Must have current Australian work rights or be eligible for visa sponsorship to work in Australia. Must have or willing to obtain a NDIS Working Screening Check.
