Director That Social Girl | Social Media Manager We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator + Account Manager to join our growing social media agency. In this role, you’ll support content development across multiple client accounts, helping craft engaging videos, on‑brand graphics, and compelling social content that resonates. You’ll work closely with Ashleigh, supporting everything from content ideas and editing to organising assets, preparing posts for scheduling, and assisting on shoot days. About Us That Social Girl is a boutique social media agency based in Adelaide, helping service‑based and lifestyle brands grow through authentic storytelling, engaging content, and thoughtful strategy. Responsibilities Capture and edit short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, cut‑downs), shoot simple photo/video content when needed, and create on‑brand graphics, carousels, and visual assets. Use Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools to produce high‑quality visual content that aligns with each client’s brand style. Bring ideas to the table, assist with trend research, support creative direction, and help prepare content for scheduling. Manage and organise footage, photos, content files, and assets. Upload materials into Notion, Monday, and Rella. Attend content shoots to capture BTS footage, assist with filming, coordinate shot lists, and help keep shoots running smoothly. Prepare captions, covers, hashtags, and ensure content is formatted correctly before scheduling. Create basic performance reports using the software provided, helping track content results and insights. Keep client folders tidy, maintain organised systems, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in social media, content creation, or a similar role — whether as a Social Media Assistant, Manager, or creator. Experience in graphic design and photography/videography, or strong content creation skills across both stills and video. Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and what makes content perform well on each. Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling, plus the ability to bring fresh, thoughtful ideas to the table. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to follow brand voice and craft engaging social content. Friendly, approachable, and naturally comfortable on camera for BTS moments or casual team‑facing content. Ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and projects simultaneously, staying organised and on top of deadlines. Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Canva, and photo/video editing). Reliable, proactive, and confident using digital tools like Notion, Monday, or Rella (or willing to learn quickly). Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, creative environment. Based in the Adelaide metropolitan area, with the ability to commute to Seacliff for in‑person work when required.
