The Role We’re looking for a Videographer/Content Creator to join our growing team and help grow Soho Financial’s brand and our Director’s personal brand. This role is for someone creative and ambitious — someone who sees content as storytelling, not just posting. You’ll be filming, editing, and producing daily video content designed to educate, inspire and build genuine connection, similar to the approach of creators like Alex Hormozi, Gary Vee, and Ryan Serhant. You’ll work directly with the Director to turn everyday business activity into compelling stories people want to follow - crafting a high-output system that maximises the production of high quality content per day across platforms. What You’ll Do Plan, script, and organise a content creation schedule to ensure consistent, high-quality output across platforms. Film and edit short and long form content for social media and other digital channels. Capture day-to-day moments and transform them into compelling storytelling content that aligns with both the Soho Financial and Director’s personal brand. Develop repeatable systems to efficiently produce, repurpose, and scale content. Maintain Soho’s luxury, refined aesthetic while experimenting with engaging, high-performance formats. Manage production, including editing, sound, lighting, and graphics. Organise and book content initiatives such as podcasts, video series, or interviews, ensuring all logistics and schedules are handled. Contribute to broader brand-building initiatives, including cinema advertising, email campaigns, website updates, SEO improvements, and partnerships or media features. Occasionally travel interstate to film projects or Soho Experience events. About You You’re not just good with a camera - you’re a storyteller who can find meaning and emotion in a brand’s day-to-day. You’re creative, organised, and hungry to grow. You have a natural eye for composition, tone, and branding, and you want your work to be seen. You’ll bring A strong creative eye and technical ability with cameras, editing software, and social media platforms. A passion for storytelling, branding, and content strategy. The ability to plan, shoot, and edit independently while managing multiple deliverables. Initiative to test, learn and build content systems that scale. A polished and professional approach that complements Soho’s refined brand aesthetic. Bonus if you have Experience creating content for personal brands, small businesses, or social media personalities. Interest in podcasts, storytelling, and lifestyle or business branding.
