As part of this expansion, the Capital team is seeking a highly organised professional to provide critical support to two senior team members . This role requires strong communication, coordination, and operational excellence to ensure smooth investor relations processes. Key Responsibilities Assist senior team members with investor onboarding and application processing. Maintain accurate investor records and CRM data. Coordinate investor reporting, including quarterly and annual statements. Liaise with registry providers and internal teams for investor maintenance and fund operations. Prepare fund information packs and due diligence materials for prospective investors. Support internal workflows and help streamline processes for efficiency. Maintain clear and accurate records of register movements and investor data. Marketing & Communications Assist with preparing newsletters, quarterly reports and investor communications. Coordinate updates to investor content and marketing collateral. Provide administrative support for investor events and internal projects. Ideal Candidate 3+ years’ experience in investor relations, operations, or private markets. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to execute under deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
