This holistic approach to hazardous materials management helps reduce the risk of accidents and environmental harm.The Contribution You'll bring to this Role : The Australian Director of Sales will report to the Global Spill and Safety Managing Director (GM). This position will be responsible for brand specific sales and product strategy. They will establish and define product sales strategy in tight alignment with overall company strategy, focusing on end users and OEM customers while growing share and margin performance.In this role, you will report directly to the Global Spill and Safety Managing Director, setting the stage for your career to soar This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.About the Team : As a member of our Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. This role offers the chance to collaborate with some of the best professionals in the field, contributing to the growth and success of a company that's at the forefront of safety solutions.What You'll Do at Justrite : Manage product strategy through understanding market research and competitive landscapeOwn brand specific / business unit product strategyOwn AOP and profit marginsWork with Operations to provide product planning and deliveryCreate OEM strategy by providing customized solutions to end userWork with BU Specialist for technical / product support and business developmentIncrease revenue through strategic engagement, relationship development and sales with end usersDrive sales effectiveness by ensuring adequate product knowledge and selling skills for NAMMeet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives by distribution channel, product category and end-user segments.Develop merchandising strategies to meet the needs of the end user and distributorsDevelop pricing plans to meet the business' financial marginsCultivate stocking strategies to align with customer requirements Your Skills and Expertise : To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum : Bachelor's degree in a business-related curriculum5 years relevant sales and sales management experience in the safety and industrial channel.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include : Must maintain high level of integrity with representation of Justrite Safety Group.Willingness to travel by automobile and air 60% of timeExperience managing independent mfg. repsSound understanding of CRM systemsExtensive experience in safety supply or similar business to business industry.
