Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) or working towards. A valid WWCC. Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain). Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF. A genuine love for early childhood education, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with families and the community.
