We are seeking an Assistant Manager from a similar food and beverage environment who excels in strong people management and leading others. Assist the Café Manager in all day-to-day operations through: Lead by example and be hands on with your team Deliver exceptional service and effective management ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality Manage costs to meet targets and identify opportunities to build the business Shared responsibility for stock management and ordering Work with the Café Manager on budgeting and cost controls Maintain café presentation, cleanliness and Dome integrity for your team and guests About you: Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced environment Sound decision making and conflict resolution skills Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure Keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday 5:30am -9:30pm, with 2 RDOs per week Passion for coffee Benefits and perks: Permanent Full-Time position (38 hours) with no split shifts, inclusive of annual and personal leave Growing company with state-wide locations Career development with a comprehensive training program and coaching program Discounts on food and beverages whilst you are working At Dôme, being a place of welcome and comfort where everyone is treated with equal respect, is at the very heart of what we do and we embrace this as much for our guests as we do for our team.
