Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Ensure compliance with franchise standards, food safety, and Australian regulations. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control. Monitor daily financial performance, including sales, cash handling, and reporting. Implement marketing and promotional strategies as directed by the franchise. Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and a positive work environment Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the tacos work What We’re Looking For Experience leading a team (restaurant or fast‑food management) Strong communication skills and a knack for problem‑solving Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, fun environment A people‑person who loves food and community vibes Reliable, organised, and ready to roll up your sleeves Knowledge of POS systems and delivery platforms. Ability to manage budgets and control costs. Ideally permanent visa holders, but sponsorship for the restaurant role can be arranged if needed.
