There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits Evaluate daily operations Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Train staff Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Cost products and services Enforce provincial / territorial liquor legislation and regulations Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Manage kitchen operations Inspect kitchens and food service areas Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Determine the size of food portions and costs Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses Food Safety Certificate Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Physically demanding Combination of sitting, standing, walking Personal Suitability Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Initiative Who can apply for this job? a permanent resident of Canada a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit Do not apply if you are not authorized to work in Canada.
