We are thrilled to announce the introduction of a newly created role, joining our dynamic Technical Support Team, who provide technical advice, coaching, as well as quality and capability uplift to our dedicated Claims teams. In the role of Technical Specialist, you will provide advice, quality assurance and coaching to our case management personnel over a range of legislative claims activities. Reporting to the Manager – Technical Support, this is a unique opportunity to use your existing knowledge and experience to improve our case management capability and technical aptitude. How you’ll make an impact Coach and provide specialist support advice to Claims teams around a range of technical matters; Undertake human reviews and audits of claims, and provide recommendations for ongoing management, determination and strategy; Work collaboratively with broader business units, including the Claims, Injury Management/Return to Work, and Mental Health support functions; Participate in key business projects. About you Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring within a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment, or significant experience in workers compensation claims management and providing coaching; Knowledge of general business and administrative practices and managing cost‑effective business activities; Experience in managing performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics; Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders; Exceptional time management and organisational skills; A strategic mindset and approach to work; A strong sense of team and collaboration; A resilient attitude.
