The Commercial Partnerships Manager drives retail media partnerships across online and in store channels to deliver revenue growth. About the Role We are looking for a commercially minded Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our growing Adore Media Solutions team. Reporting to the General Manager Digital, you will be responsible for nurturing high value relationships with brand partners while managing a portfolio of secondary revenue streams across the Adore Beauty business. Working closely with the in house Digital Marketing and Category teams, you will provide best in class recommendations to brand partners, maximising ROI while strategically managing your portfolio to drive consistent revenue and profit growth. Leveraging Adore Beauty's rich first party data, you will design and sell sophisticated omnichannel media solutions spanning onsite placements, offsite social, integrated content, and post purchase channels. Beyond traditional retail media, you will also lead non endemic and secondary partnership streams, including flyers, post purchase integrations (e.g. Rokt), and affiliate partnerships, ensuring every customer touchpoint is optimised for commercial value. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Monetisation: Lead the commercial strategy for Adore Beauty's retail media and secondary revenue streams, ensuring maximum profitability across onsite media, flyers, and third party integrations. Brand Consultation: Act as a strategic advisor to beauty brand partners, using first party data to build bespoke omnichannel media plans that deliver measurable ROI and brand impact. Non Endemic Growth: Identify and secure partnerships with non endemic brands across finance, lifestyle, and wellness to diversify revenue through offsite and post purchase channels. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Digital Marketing and Category teams to integrate media placements seamlessly into the customer journey without compromising user experience. End to End Campaign Delivery: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from pitch and media mapping through to execution and post campaign analysis. Commercial Discipline: Manage pipelines, forecasting, and reporting through CRM and internal tools, reporting performance directly to the General Manager Digital. Who You Are You are a commercially driven partnerships leader who thrives on building trusted relationships and delivering revenue growth through insight led media solutions. You are confident operating as a strategic consultant to brand partners and enjoy balancing customer experience with commercial outcomes across a complex, omnichannel ecosystem. You'll bring Proven experience in retail media, media sales, or digital partnerships, with exposure to non traditional revenue streams. A strong track record of achieving commercial targets and negotiating complex, multi channel deals. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of the Adore Beauty audience to senior stakeholders. The ability to build long term, trusted relationships with global brand partners and agencies. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
