Your office is wherever the best event is happening Key Responsibilities: The Core of the Role As the Events Manager, you will be the central operational expert, turning creative vision into reality. End-to-End Management: Own the full event lifecycle from concept design and venue sourcing through to execution and post-event reporting. Creative Thinker: Consistently think outside the box for creative activations to enhance the delegate immersive experience. Logistics Mastery: Expertly manage all supplier negotiations, contract finalization, AV/production details, accommodation blocks, and travel logistics for attendees and stakeholders. Budget Oversight: Maintain strict control over event budgets, ensuring all operational elements are delivered within scope while maximizing client value. Client Communication: Act as the primary operational point-of-contact for clients, providing timely updates and maintaining confidence throughout the planning process. On-Site Execution: Travel and manage events, often internationally, ensuring seamless delivery and high-level client experience on the ground. You are a meticulous planner, a calm problem-solver, and a strong communicator who can lead teams and projects from afar. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end Events Management experience, preferably within a corporate events environment or agency setting. Problem Solver: Proven ability to manage unexpected challenges and complex logistics under pressure. Tech Savvy: Proficient in event management software (EventsAir), virtual tools, and remote communication platforms.
