About The Role In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include: Provide excellent customer focus in a friendly and helpful manner, maintain the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with parents, patients, members of the public and departmental staff both in person and over the telephone. Answer enquiries and provide accurate advice and support to clients and staff on all matters relating to bookings across all modalities in Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine. Ensure all clinical questions are referred to the appropriate clinical area/clinician or supervisor and determine if customer requests can be met while ensuring confidentiality is maintained as per the Code of Conduct. Work autonomously or with limited supervision, utilising discretion in the absence of decision makers by establishing work priorities, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes and achieving work targets whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
