Female disability support worker

We are looking for FEMALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS WITH EXPERIENCE IN CHALLENGING BEHAVIOURS to join our Rockingham team. You will be working with participants who have challenging behaviours, including physical and verbal aggression. Our participants have mental health diagnoses such as Bipolar, PTSD, intellectual disabilities, ASD, epilepsy and eating disorders. Despite these challenges, our participants are fun and lovely to work with. As a support worker, you will assist with personal care tasks, including continence, management, cooking, cleaning, and helping participants access the community. We also have participants requiring support to access the community such as attending appointments and shopping. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in support work.
