Female Disability Support Worker – $40/hr | Minimum 20-30hrs | Hills District + Surrounding Areas Flash Support is seeking dedicated Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. This role is for applicants who are committed, reliable, and passionate about supporting people with disabilities. This position requires female staff due to personal‑care needs of specific clients. About the Role You will be supporting clients to live safely and independently in their homes and community. This includes a mix of personal care, community access, behavioural support, and household assistance. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have: Minimum 1 year experience in disability support Experience working with behaviours and following behaviour support strategies Experience with basic household tasks (cleaning, tidying, meal prep, domestic support) Fluent, clear English communication skills (essential for safety and client instructions) Full driver’s licence + reliable car Female worker (required due to personal‑care needs) Ability to work minimum 20 hours per week Willingness to travel across multiple service areas Strong commitment, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities Service Locations You may be required to work across: Riverstone Pitt Town Richmond Mount Druitt Claremont Meadows Stanhope Gardens Castle Hill Botany Rockdale Pay Rate From $40 per hour (depending on experience and shift type) Important – Please Read Before Applying Do NOT apply if you cannot drive or are not willing to travel between the listed locations.
