About the Role In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering a range of building and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion. You'll be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This is a great opportunity to work on unique projects across the Northern Territory. What You Will Do: Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning and procurement to execution and handover, ensuring quality outcomes Collaborate with the project team to achieve project milestones and client satisfaction Manage project budgets, track progress and ensure resources are allocated efficiently Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs and increase efficiency What You Will Bring: Proven experience in project management within the building and construction sector Strong understanding of Australian building codes, WHS regulations and industry standards Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment Relevant qualifications such as trade background, construction management or engineering Ability to obtain defence clearance (must be an Australian citizen) What Will Set You Apart: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects through all phases of delivery Experience with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, Aconex or similar Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members Why Join McMahon Services?
