THE ROLE: We're looking for an experienced Digital Media Specialist who get genuinely excited about paid social (and ideally search and programmatic), and eCommerce. You'll be the campaign wizzard for some of the world’s best brands What you'll do: 30% Campaign planning, implementation & optimisation (the techy bits) 20% Strategy (the bigger picture bits) 20% Insights development and reporting (big brain energy) 15% Budget management & pacing (the nerdy parts) 15% Client relationship management (the funnest stuff…) WHAT YOU NEED: 3+ years paid media experience across paid social (essential), and ideally paid search and programmatic media buying eCommerce campaign experience is essential Strong platform expertise across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest Google Ads experience across all ad formats a big bonus, as is programmatic media buying Excellent time management and communication skills Google Analytics experience is your bread and butter In-depth performance reporting experience THE PACKAGE: Wired to You™: A flexible hybrid working environment Loads of extra leave (7 additional types), including Wiredmass in July - 2 extra days holiday Inclusive and generous paid parental leave policy, plus extra support pre and post becoming a parent (covering both human and fur babies) Awesome office and ability to work anywhere in the world for up to one month a year (We call this WiredConnect™) WiredWellness™: Access to wellness initiatives, including mental health training ReWired™: Monthly team and cultural/social events Wired Rewards™: Benefits for time served inc. extra holiday and cash bonuses Ready to get Wired?
