NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort will become your new home‑away‑from‑home - surrounded by the spectacular Murramarang national park and stunning absolute beachfront. Located just north of Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW. The Resort offers a large range of camp/caravan sites and accommodation options, from Beachfront Villas, to Glamping Tents. We offer a multitude of facilities for the young and young at heart; resort style pools, Bear Grylls Survival Academy, licensed on‑site dining options and conference/events/wedding facilities. Job Description Casual summer job with opportunity for longer‑term employment With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands‑on and detail‑oriented role. Ensure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memories. What you’ll do Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages. Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties. Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required. What you’ll bring Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce. Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience. Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window). A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team. Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine. A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests. Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion. Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
