What You’ll Do Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Manage site planning, establishment, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular site walks, toolbox talks, and safety inspections to maintain compliance and address non-conformances. Oversee defect inspections and rectifications throughout the project lifecycle, including post-practical completion. Ensure adherence to quality standards, integrated management systems, and contract specifications. Collaborate with functional experts to maintain robust project documentation and quality assurance processes. Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive project success. Who You Are Experience: 5+ years in large-scale ($100M+) new-build commercial construction, with successful completion of at least five project cycles. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or trade background. Skills: Strong communication, advanced commercial acumen, and ability to manage environmental and safety aspects of projects. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage trades, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
