The Head of Programming & Performance is a crucial leadership position within the Media & Broadcast team, responsible for ensuring the commercial success of live channels across Australia and New Zealand through effective on-air programming.Reporting to the General Manager of Content & Broadcast, this role manages the daily operations of our in-app live channels in Australia, oversees program scheduling in New Zealand, and collaborates closely with production teams to develop engaging live event content that enhances audience engagement and drives commercial success.This diverse role demands a deep understanding of both the editorial and technical aspects of broadcasting, as well as the ability to blend creativity and data-driven strategies to achieve organizational goals.Where and how you can work...With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington.
