About the Role As our General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. You'll work closely with our design and manufacturing teams to interpret builder's drawings, estimate projects, and assist the Managing Director with finalising tenders. A minimum of 6+ years of operations management experience is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Managing end to end project and project delivery Co‑ordinate between design, estimating and factory operations Interpret and work from builder's and construction drawings Construction or formwork industry experience is essential for this position Use AutoCAD to review and adjust shop drawings as needed Advanced AutoCAD design proficiency is required for this role Estimate material quantities and production timelines Supervise factory staff and coordinate daily production activities A minimum of 5+ years of team leadership experience is required Ensure quality control and compliance with OH&S procedures Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and project managers Australian work rights are essential for this position Skills & Experience Proven ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings Strong and practical knowledge of formwork installation Proficient in AutoCAD and 3d modelling Solid estimating skills – experience in formwork or concrete construction Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing supervisory role #J-18808-Ljbffr
