Things that work for us: Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
